OpenGL OpenGL - IDirectDrawSurface

Why are you trying to mix OpenGL and DirectX? Either use OpenGL or use DirectX. OpenGL and DirectX do not play together (and were not meant to).

Because I have done my full OpenGL 3D-Engine, but now I need to use DirectX surface functionality to prevent the appearance above my OpenGL window and getting focus of any windows .
