OpenGL Check out my Particle Engine

Well this is not something i designed but with following along with my 3dBuzz OpenGL In-Depth tutorials i made this Particle Engine that they designed. I firhure it is a good starting point, but please give any comments you have. link: http://members.gamedev.net/ryan_zec/OpenGL_Demos/SDLGameParticleEngine.zip Controls hold left and move to change the x y and hold right a drag left to right for zoom. the y axis has been limited from 1 to 60 degrees.

Pretty good. I think making the particle spawn with red color and dying with black color, would make it look even better.

wow thats realy cool [smile]. Keep it up dude, how the heck does the computer make all them particles like that? i assume you don't do all that job of creating all the detail to make them but the api does am i right?

So they are just animating trianguler strips? is there anyway of creating another demo with wireframe compatibility so i can see how it all works?
