UV Problem of 2D Sprite

Hello, I'm developing a game that use two triangle(squard) to draw a 2d sprite. and have UV animation,so the UV alwayse a part of a big picture, I add the 0.5 pixel to the uv,and I set D3DSAMP_MAGFILTER to LINEAR ,so when the sprite is not scaled it's look fine,but when I draw a scaled sprite,it not draw the correct image,it will draw one pixel more at right and bottom,so the sprite looks like have a "border". and this will not happen when the D3DSAMP_MAGFILTER = POINTER that's all :( thanx for helping me
