Hello, I'm not sure how to solve this issue. can anyone help me? The problem is, I have 1024*768 color bitmap with RGB channels. Earlier, I use to pass the file name and get fullscreen display of bitmap. Now, I want to pass, the image array and display it in fullscreen mode. I want this array to be read from memory and in correct color format. I'm using D3DFMT_X8R8B8G8. I don't know how to do this. Initially, i tried reading each pixel in XRGB format into a new array. then thought of passing pointer of this new array to D3DXLoadSurfaceFromMemory function. Is this a right way? I'm not success with this. I don't want to write anything in file. Please someone help me. Any sample program will be appreciated. I'm new to direct X 9.0 programming, so please help me. Thanks Regards
