tight cocone

I finally found a point cloud converter that produces a pretty decent set of triangles from a set of points. It's called tight cocone. Unfortunately, the one I got doesn't come with source. Anyone know where to get some good tight cocone source code? Also, in order for it to work right, all the points need to be on the surface of the object. Does anyone know any good algorithms for converting a volume of points to a surface set? Mike http://www.coolgroups.com/
