Are there references for C++ and DirectX libraries that are as easy to read as the one for the Java API (http://java.sun.com/j2se/1.4.2/docs/api/) I'm basically looking for a one stop source that describes clearly file hierarchies and function signatures (among other details that you may want to know). When you download the DirectX SDK, you also get the help file titled "DirectX Documentation for C++". That doc is the official documentation. Moreover, it is a duplicate of what's on MSDN.

I was looking around for an offline version of the entire MSDN library and came across this thread.

The PSDK has the complete MSDN Library reference included. Also makes VisualC++ 2005 ExpressEdition Beta 2 worth using.
