I am working with visual 6 but had once visual .net installed. The main thing that bothered me with visual .net is that it doesnt respond to scrolling and Paging the text as fast as visual 6. Did you also noticed this issue?

Can't say I've ever noticed that - in fact if anything the response is slightly improved in massive code files (8-10,000 lines). What hardware are you running on?

Back then I had a Pentium3 1Ghz, with 512 or 256 RAM. I dont remember exactly.
I also had problem compiling a program that compiled on visual 6, but not on .net. It had problem with directX, I asked about it here in the forum.
However, I got no answer and its probabbly because .net was new and not many people were using it.

If you have a new computer, you should try it. I like it a lot better than Visual * 6.

Maybe also try finding the operating system option called "smooth scrolling" and turn it off and see if that helps.
