Quaternion and Right handed system

Hay, is there any difference between quaternions in left handed and right handed coordinate systems? I write b3d (blitz 3d) loader and if i think ok everithing is in right handed sys. I got big headache making animations to work. Everithing is OK expect that rotations are incorect (particulary rotation axis are incorrect). Thanks, Zaharije Pasalic

Yes. But if i make rotation about z-axis, my render will display it like rotation around x-axis? Three of us look at code and we can not find any errors? Code sinppest is too large for posting.

Quaternions don't care if the system is left-handed or right-handed. However, a rotation that is clockwise in one system is counter-clockwise in the other. That doesn't explain why the rotation is around the wrong axis though.
