Mouse handling

Is there any other way to handle mouse movement in Win32 other than using messages? Also, how do you handle mouse wheel scrolling? Thanks in advance.

Maybe the "GetCursorPos" function is what you need.

"WM_MOUSEWHEEL" is a message sent to the callback, but that is the only thing I could find for scrolling without going into third party.
