In most situations using multiple inheritance has a negligible effect on performance. In some situations it might result in less-than-optimized performance, but it is generally used to solve problems that are more important than performance.

I meant performance cost compared to , how to i say it ,..
If we write exact same functions,members (derived and specific to that class)
in a one single class.

Example:
class 1{foo();}
class 2 :public class 1 {foo2();}
class 3 : public class 2{ foo3();}
...
class n :public class n-1{fooN();}

will class n have some aditional performance cost compared to this class:
class z
{
foo();
foo2();
foo3();
...
fooN();
}

No.

Also, what you describe is not multiple inheritance. Multiple inheritance is when one type inherits directly from multiple types.
