How do I undo/remove an action map? I want to set an action map and be able to remove the action map so that the device is back in its default state.

Is it just not possible?

If I map action A to F3, how can I remove that association?

You can't build an empty action map. SetActionMap will fail. Am I stuck with those settings until I reset the device with at least 1 action?

In the old empty projects, there was by default an action mapper associated with F3, so you just had to press F3, and then you could associate an action with any key, delete an action map, etc.
So if you manage to find this project, you can look in the code to find your answer

sorry, i'm don't know much about DInput, can't help much ^^''

It would be a rather serious deficiency not provide a way to remove action maps for a device. And the policy of "replace only" doesn't work if there are no actions that can be mapped to the device.

I don't believe there's no way to say to an input device "Don't use action maps" or "Unload all of your action maps and start buffering all device input again".

Is there some default user you can pass in? Do you have to reinitialize the device?
