glBindFramebufferEXT div by Zero

Any one know why when I use glBindFramebufferEXT to bind a Fbo, I get a Div by Zero error? if I bind 0, it works fine, but if I try to bind a Generated Fbo, No matter when or where I do it, it div's by zero. and I can't see why. perhapes Im missing something... any ideas? anyone else have this problem?

Yes I saw this problem, if you have floating point exceptions on, then Bind a buffer, the driver does a divide by zero, I mentioned it on the OpenGL board but noone else tried it, so I guess there is a problem within the driver somewhere
