FBO with PBO?

hey, juz wondering if FBO can be used in conjunction with PBO? i do understand that PBO usage was done with pbuffers before, especially when offscreen rendering is required. But i suppose PBO and FBO are separate functionality, so we could possibly still use FBO (in place of pbuffers), and then with PBO? thx! edwynn
