Does anyone know what the legalities of using Perlin's noise code at http://mrl.nyu.edu/~perlin/noise/ are? I made a cool demo with it, and I'd like to post the demo and full source on my web site. I e-mailed Perlin, but he hasn't replied, and I'm not holding my breath for a response. mike http://www.coolgroups.com/forum

it's definitely fine, he leaves his source open to all (most of his demos you can see the code if you look at the html, find the main class being displayed and open it in a browser replacing .class with .java), you just need to keep the attribution.
