Hello, i need to know what model format is most versotile for static models, and animated models in an OGL based engine...? Nad hopefully some reference that either describes the format or some code that uses the format :D Thx alot.

I used .3ds files last time I did a project with OGL. They were quite nice to use and easy to export. I didn't do much research into different file types so there might be better solutions. I'm doing a lot of work in DirectX now, I just use .X files because its gives you a lot of support for these.
