Hello everyone! I just wanted to announce the first public beta test of NotSoft's first project: Shlongg! (Yes, I know it sounds a bit rude). It's a 3D arkanoid/breakout remake with a few twists. You can see a few older screenshots here . The beta can be downloaded here. It contains 7 test levels for your enjoyment. Its Windows only (sorry Mac and Linux people!) and requires DirectX 8.1 or better. I have done a few semi-private releases previously, but am now looking to open things up to a wider audience. Any feedback is greatly appreciated! Cheers! -bignobody http://www.notsoftgames.com

Works well over here, I love the pretty explosions and the in-between tunnel levels!

I like your website too. I maintain a collection of developer website buttons, you could consider adding your site. See this thread.

Oh yeah, and the difficulty levels should be "Limp, Firm, and Extra Hard." [lol]

Hi Boder, thanks for the kind words.

I threw the site together pretty quickly as most of my (limited) spare time has been devoted to getting my game completed, but I have been meaning to get a "links" section going. Thanks for the link, I'll check out some of our peers' sites soon.

LOL - Well done! Probably won't happen, but I am still chuckling about it.
Cheers!
