I decided to learn OpenGL and I was just wondering which is better, NeHe or the "Beginning OpenGL Game Programming(Dave Astle, Kevin Hawkins)" book? By better, I mean which is easier to understand, which one has more information, etc. Thanks.

I would get the book and use nehe. That way you will be able to get a variety of teaching styles, which might help.

Seconded. Beginning OpenGL Game Programming is a great companion to the NeHe site. The book goes deeper and gives you more information on the commands and what they do. I'm constantly referring to both sources when trying to figure out how to do stuff.
They're both great resources. The book is only $19.79 for a new copy from amazon.com (or $29.99 from a book store). There's also More OpenGL Programming which amazon has listed as being published in October.
