I'm having a lot of trouble rendering with Direct3D, on the 3D aspect. I have my depth buffer/stencil enabled, yet I keep gettin garbage on my screen from other games. I'm creating a cube centered at 0,0,0. I created this cube in TrueSpace and I exported it as an X file. I loaded the file with ID3DXMesh. I don't know the proper procedure to clear the nasty junk I'm getting on my screen. I'm totally lost, so if anyone could provide me a tutorial for Direct3D 9, I would greatly appreciate it. I want a nice long tutorial that discusses how to create an object into an X file and then load it, and display it. This will show me how to properly create my display loop. Thanks!
