I'm using transparent gifs in image boxes. Those are part of an activeX control. When i use the control in another project the transparency within the gifs does work. BUT... the transparency of the user-controls background doesnt work... I tried it with the maskpicture property of the usercontrol, but that doesnt work either... does anyone have a work around for this problem? im using VB6... and codesamples should be simple if possible since im new to vb6... (I know most ppl on here arent too happy about VB6... but i gotta use it... didnt have a choice...) Esther
