Catching events in Windows-Media Player 9.0

Hi. I embedded WMP 9.0 in a MFC program that I write, and I'm having trouble doing something very basic such as catching the events of the 'play', 'stop' 'mute' and 'pause' buttons, I can't figure out how to do that, can anyone please help me ?? Thanks!
