Temperature sensors

how can i find out what the temperature on the cpu sensor with c/c++? and please not with WMI... any other option is ok :) [Edited by - ziv on August 14, 2005 3:17:13 PM]

Why don't you want to use WMI? It's probably the most straightforward way if you're on a Windows box. Otherwise you're going to have to resort to some very hardware-specific code.

the only reason that im not using the WMI because i cant download the freaking SDK! the newest isnt a valid win32 application and all the other versions check for version and doesnt let me install them :/
