Thanks to all of you for testing and posting the results.
The -1 MB memory for NVidia cards is SysID. Since I don't have direct access to an NVidia card, I have as yet no idea how to find that info. On ATI I know how. Hence the value is set to -1 on NVidia's. (Note: I'm not going through DirectX at the moment). The same goes for the 'ReleaseVersion' key error. I guess I've seen it often enough to conclude that it is indeed an ATI only registry key. I'll move that message for the next version.
I never knew that the AMD 64-bit cpu's had such small caches, but I guess it must be correct.

Hope that's of some help. One thing I notice is my L1 and L2 cache seem very small. I was sure I had 128Kb and 256Kb respectively. Yeah, I just checked using another utility and it is 128Kb and 256Kb.

As many of you have noticed, the L1/L2 caches seem to be mis-reported. Apparently I was printing L1 twice. Fixed that now.

I've uploaded a new version, and updated the link in the original post. I'm expecting the cache issues to be fixed, at least on AMD hardware. I think Intel's have their cache data in a different position, will check that for the next version.

My Windows 2000 install is SP4 and patched to the hilt, nothing really different from a typical system but I thought I'd let you know in case it helps.
As to the ATI card, I have had a GF2Ti 64Mb installed in this machine for over a year until recently when the PSU died and took the card with it. I swapped over to a spare Radeon 9000 Pro 128Mb but I killed all the Nvidia stuff before installing the latest Catalyst drivers. I did get a FX5500 and installed that after stripping the Catalyst drivers with ATI's utility. I discovered that the 5500 is a terrible card so I returned it, removed the drivers and installed the Radeon again.
Phew, a rather dull history there but I hope it helps :)
