directx user interface

I want to use DXUT( the directx user interface ) for my game. But is there a way to customize it? like change the scrollbar colors and such?

You have the source in C:\Program Files\Microsoft DirectX 9.0 SDK (June 2005)\Samples\C++\Common. Go for it!
