Can anybody help me to get some references about Fighting Sytstem in Fighting Games? How to use Finite State Machines in Fighting System? Please help me as I am starting one Fighting game And want to write the whole fighting system.

I'm not sure there is such a thing as a standard fighting system. Maybe check out Mugen for some ideas.

I wrote a basic 2D fighting game demo for the PS2 last year. The basic idea is to have a number of bounding boxes for each frame of every player animation (1 target bounding box and a number of damage area bounding boxes). The important thing is to have a good animation framework and after that it's easy to load in the animations along with their bounding boxes from a file which you create.
