You get 3 if you download and register VC2005 ... I'm surprised Google hasn't turned up a bunch for ya.

Thinking in C++ is downloadable, and distributed in PDF form by it's author for free.

http://www.click-now.net/ebooks.htm ... This has Bruce Eckels first and second version downloadable Ebooks. This is the only known Ebook or "learning" book out there known to me. If there's another I'd like to know.
