Cubemap texture coordinates

Hi! I was wondering how the D3DVERTEXELEMENT9 structure members should be initialized to specify that you're using cubemap texture coordinates in the fixed function pipeline? I've tested some different types, but can't seem to get anyone to work
static D3DVERTEXELEMENT9 vertexElements[] =
{
   { 0, 0, D3DDECLTYPE_FLOAT3, D3DDECLMETHOD_DEFAULT, D3DDECLUSAGE_POSITION, 0 },
   { 0, 12, D3DDECLTYPE_FLOAT3, D3DDECLMETHOD_DEFAULT, D3DDECLUSAGE_TEXCOORD, 0 },
   D3DDECL_END()
};
