VSync, how to Enable/Disable

I've already try to make it work, but it dosen't...
did i have to write something special to make it work in my .h???(like extension???)

It is an extension so, yes, you will have to use it like any other extension. Extension loading libraries such as GLee and GLEW make this much less tedious. There are links to both of them in the OpenGL Forum FAQ.
