ObJ.. Loader and file (beginning)

I AM a Newbie.. to this website... the website is the best I will really need help on .obj loader... 1) the understanding of .Obj file.. =>where to find a easy understanding website to learn about loading obj file 2) a sample of .obj file 3) how to get it work thanks you for any one who is thoughtfully enough to share.. I have just done texture mapping, half way through mipmapping, now ... I find it really cool to learn about Obj file.. hope to get any reply

a .obj file (or a .o file) i think is something that is created when your program is compiled why? i dont know all i know is you can load em like libraries in Dev if you want to

No. In this case a .obj file is a 3D object file in Alias/Wavefront format.

Here is a decent page documenting the format of a .obj file with some examples.
