OpenGL 3D Graphics Programming - Toronto

We need a 3D Graphics Senior Developer in Toronto Required skills:- Plenty of C++ programming - algorithms, optimization, debugging, and code documentation- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent programming experience- OpenGL and Direct3D experience (with strong 3D optimization skills)- Strong math background (everything required to do 3D graphics - matrix & quaternion algebra, etc.) - Experience with MS Visual Studio - Experience includes a minimum of 2 years in 3D graphics programming- Burning desire to change the world- To give you an idea of what we are expecting from candidates: you must be able to implement functionality as complex as (or more complex than) the tile rendering routine described in http://www.mvps.org/directx/articles/tilerender/index.htm from scratch (i.e., without the article)Recommended skills:- Experience with middleware APIs: Renderware, Unreal engines - PS2 / game console programming experience - Playing PC video games (FPS & RTS preferred)- Willing to learn to ride a Segway scooterResponsibilities:- Work closely with the lead client developer to improve existing functionality and add new features- Work closely with artists and designers to create novel 3D effects useful in our software- Provide technical leadership and creative thinking Please send resume to: Rohini rmehtani@bevertec.com
