I need documentation on how to create dialogs in your projects with MSVC++, and how I then add the functionality to them. I didn't found any docs with google.

Most of the msdn documentation for mfc dialogs boxes can be found here
If you go to the hierarchy chart, you can view documentation for all the different types of dialog boxes and controls.

I bought the book: Windows Game Programming For Dummies
it told on how todo with icon and menu but not how todo with dialogs and the rest of the project resources
