OpenGL CgFX render states...

hi, im using cgfx with opengl. but i get an error when i want to set render states in the cgfx effect file: heres the code fragment: ... technique FragmentBlinnLighting { pass p0 { error here!==>> CullMode = None; VertexProgram = compile arbvp1 vertex(mvp, mv); FragmentProgram = compile arbfp1 fragment(Color,texture_diffuse); } } the compiler says that it doesnt know a state called CullMode. the state name is correct and i dont know what the problem could be...
