SHADERMODEL 3.0.........

As far as I know (I've never used OpenGL), SM3.0 is DirectX only, but OpenGL has its own equivalent specifications.
If the card supports SM3.0, then it supports those features whether you're running DX or OGL. You just have to go through a different interface to make use of it, and it isn't called SM3.0
