i already implemented tile texturing for my terrain but i got a little problem when my terrain is scaled(x,y,z), the texture of the terrain also scaled thus producing a not so good look for my terrain, what are some approaches i can do for this?

Maybe you could use a texture matrix to counter-scale your texture coordinates? I don't know if that will give the effect you are looking for.

If you mean your texture is stretched or fuzzy. If so, then perhaps you forgot to turn on mipmapping.
