Xbox 360 Video Capture Tools?
I'm not sure this is the best place to ask. Not so much because people here can't help, but because anything related to console devkits is usually supposed to stay inside that console's development community. I would direct this question to the Xbox 360 newsgroups/forums (ask a supervisor about getting access to them).

As alluded to above, anyone who currently has the answer to your question is probably under NDA (the 360 hasn't even been released). The closed forums for registered developers are the place to get the information.
I think this is a prefectly valid quiestion. QA will not usually have the SDK installed with all the tools that go with it. There are free tools on the web to capture vram off the PS2 but I don't know of any for the 360 yet.
