OpenGL Cross-platform C# and OpenGL?

Hello, I've been searching for a couple of hours on Google looking for a good way to implement OpenGL on C#, and maintain a cross-platform project with either Mono or DotGNU. I'm very interested in C#, I've been programming in C++ for years and thought I would try something new. So I tried MonoGLo, it looked really good, except the fact that I can only use GLUT. Personally I don't like GLUT, I never have really. I learned that CsGL only works on Windows, so I looked into the Tao Framework, however their website appears to be down. I would download the Tao Framework via SVN on the Mono website, however my distribution of Linux doesn't have SVN installed and I don't feel like going through dependency hell to install it. I heard of an OpenGL# on some random forum but a few Google searches turned up nothing but OpenGL as if it ignored the sharp. Therefore, how can I make a cross-platform demo with C# using OpenGL, while avoiding GLUT? Thank you very much~ John DiSanti Rating++ to anyone who can help me.
