setting up visual studio

i want to set visual studio to look in folders for direct x files everytime it loads up ratrher than me going into the properties every single time i want to include the libs and includes. how do i do this? for example im working with dx8 and 9 and i want to look in both directories for the headers, say i want to start a brand new example, i dont want to keep adding the directories
