HGP file format

does anyone have specifications or source code for HGP file format (used in Lego Star Wars)
There is a Modding site but HGP is being held tightly for now

it should be pretty straigtforward to reverse enginer a loader for it.
Some guy did it with MD3, so why not hgp.
It's not like it's encrypted or anything, you just need to find the order of all the data.
