The ANN and GA are often used in industry and other place ,isn't it?
some postgraduate students do some research on ANN and GA,don't they?
Are there some Forums for their to discuss?

Try the alt.comp.neural-net newsgroup. Many people there work commercially with ANNs.

Try the NEAT yahoo group for postgrad discussion of evolutionary algorithms. Also the comp.ai.genetic newsgroup.

I'm sure I've told you this before though.
