im making an mfc application that has a drawing function .. when the user draws a line, after he press on the lmouse button once, InvalidateRect(&ClientRect); is called in the OnMouseMove() function , to draw the temporary line from the first click's coords till the mouse position ... untill he press the lmouse button again , the line starting and ending coords are saved . the problem is that while the user is hovering around the screen - between the first and second mouse clicks - the screen keeps flickering! does anyone know why that happens ??
