Hey, I was wondering how to change the font of the title bar of a .Net app. I assume this requires some API voodoo? What would be even better is to create a graphics context so that I could bitblt stuff to the title bar area. Is this possible? I've seen some apps that look like they do this.

It is possible to draw stuff in the title bar. Changing the font is most likely controlled by the system. I don't have the link or the code for the title bar bitmap, but if you search http://www.planet-source-code.com in the VB6 section you'll find the code. It's just a matter of applying it to .NET which shouldn't be too hard.

Changing the Form.Font property doesn't change the title bar font. In fact, it doesn't always change all the control fonts on the form. In fact, I get different behaviors depending on which WinXP machine I am working on.

It's a real pain.
