Cubemap Bilinear Filtering Problem

Hi I blurred the cubemap to eliminate jaggies, but noticed in the dark parts that bilinear filtering didn't seem to be working. As in there being a hard line where bilinear filtering hasn't happened, and this isn't just on a seam, it's quite a wide section I'm showing you. I'm sure you'll be able to see the artifacts just by glancing at the picture. PS: I also ran with the reference device - the hard lines just changed from square shapes to having rounded corners - the screenshot is from the reference run. Before looking at the picture could you please put your monitor up to its proper brightness if it's not already? Thanks. Should be fine - I used this image to set the gamma. Thanks people!

I think I remember someone else having such a problem, only he was trying to use normalization cubemap.
