How exactly do I install DirectX in Visual Stuido 2003.NET for VB? I didn't have a problem getting C++ up and going, but I need it to work in VB as well. The closest I could find to a "How to" in VB.NET got me upto this point in the pic. This isn't my compiler, but those DirectX objects are not in my Compiler to add. I've installed the SDK and got some c++ examples going, but how do I get VB to find DirectX? [Edited by - STRATERCAS on September 13, 2005 11:42:06 PM]

Click browse and find the dll's manually? (Presumably in Windows\Microsoft.NET judging by the screenshot)
You have to install the managed version of directx if you haven't done so. It should give you the option somewhere in the SDK installation I believe...
I tried all of that and it just would not take. After a few directX reinstalls, I reinstalled VS and everything is honkey dory now. Thanks for your replys.
