It is possible somehow to use 2 textures on a flat plane and to blend smoothly from texture1 to texture2 ?. I don't want to have a combination of those 2 on the enire shape. Can you please give me a good tutorial about shaders, or .fx files where i can learn this things from? I think i'm going crazy with this trying to do it right.

Blending Textures

The Solution
It is definitely possible. You can totally control the blending states in shaders.

If you are planning on doing something similar to terrain rendering ... like grass/ground texturing I would suggest the following post

Also look at some Alpha Blending (transparency)
