DirectShow/ Direct3D in C# is available but problem with render loop!!

Hello, I have video playing in Direct3D but the problem is that the texture update is bad. This is because of that I render in a different loop than the video updates the texture. I tried locking it etc. But this failed. Maybe that someone could look at the problem.
