Novodex & dynamic terrains

Hi, I'm currently working on a project which is using dynamic terrain rendering/loading (clipmaps). Furthermore, we have succesfully implemented the Novodex physics engine. However, the bottleneck and our actual problem is to update the Novodex terrain data. We have all terrain vertex data ready in cache, but we must create several (up to 50) triangle meshs a frame, 1-4 for each terrain-LOD. Do you know a fast solution how to constantly change triangle meshs with Novodex? THX!
