OpenGL CsGL & OpenGL ES

Hi. I'm investigating graphical programming on PocketPCs for a research project. I've kinda got the basics of OpenGL down (on the desktop) and now I'm wanting to try to translate them over from C++ to C#. Has anyone tried using CsGL after learning OpenGL in C++? Is CsGL pretty reasonable or is it unwieldy? How have people found OpenGL ES to be? I haven't gotten the chance to really look into it yet. How much different is it from OpenGL2.0? Has anyone gotten OpenGLES to work in C#? Is it even compatible with the CsGL libraries?
