Sending game to phone from webpage

Does anyone know how to send a game to a phone from a webpage read on the PC? Like, I want someone to be able to go to my website on my PC, click a link, and have a program sent to their phone number. I have PHP and mySQL going already, so it would be possible to ask a user for their phone number and stuff. Anyone know how to do this?
Contact a carrier and negotiate a SMS/WAP Push service agreement (quite costly).
It's your only chance - apart from a cheaper pure SMS service agreement (still costly), where you send your user a Hyperlink or something.

Meh.. i thought it might be complicated... i'll just rely on users navigating to my site from their phones :-/
Sned them an SMS with the link in. Sending SMS is cheap enough, mostl phones will allow you to click on a link in SMS.
i have just tried that. i have motorola and don't see how i would click on a link using the interface. is there some special formatting i need or is my phone crap? i can't figure out the full name for my phone :(
