Hello! I borrowed the book from my university's library and I think it is a great book. Unfortunately its CD is missing, and so I have no source code for it. Please folks, don't email copyrighted source code around.

The book and source are available on safari.oreilly.com and I think there is a trial period. Its not much more ethical but at least the publisher is enabling it.

there is no source code...

Did you create an account and add the book to your bookshelf? If so there is an 'examples' link from the book's home page that gives you the installer for the samples. I'm pretty sure you can't see anything until you do those steps.
