HLSL - tex2D with screencoordinates

Hi! I want to project a texture onto an object from the cameraview. screenx = windowxcoordinate/windowwidth; screeny = windowycoordinate/windowheight; means i want to use tex2D(texturesampler, float2(screenx,screeny)); Can someone tell me how to do that? Thx!
