I posted this demo today in my journal, and it got alot of positive remarks. So, I decided to post it here too. I've been working on a side scrolling platform game in order to get experience with tile games. It's coming along pretty nicely so far.

To play, use the right and left arrow keys to move, and the up arrow key to jump. To win, get to the end without dieing. Avoid the red-shirted guys and don't fall off cliffs.

Anyway nice game, surprinsigly fun ! I had a problem though : the game slowed down after a while making it a bit boring (not fast paced enough), Keep it up !

i lament the fact that i have a game that has (probably) a hundred times more code and loads of random functionality and it is unplayable...

One suggestion: Jumping enemies. Let them jump back and forth, maybe randomly. That would be devious. ;)
